Mungalli Creek Biodynamic Dairy and Farmhouse Cafe

In the rolling green hills of the Southern Atherton Tablelands, 10 minutes from Millaa Millaa Falls, visitors will find Mungalli Creek Dairy, North Queensland’s only Biodynamic Farmhouse Cheesery and Cafe. A must for lovers of fine food! All products served are made on premises with their own produce as well as locally-sourced ingredients. Come and enjoy some fresh mountain air and stunning views as you relax on the cafe verandah which looks out to Mt Bartle Frere – Queensland’s Highest Mountain.

Mungalli Creek is a second generation dairy farm, run by Rob and Danny Watson. The Watson family believe that food should be produced as naturally as possible. Their cows and hens graze year round on lush biodynamic mountain pastures which brings a quality that you will taste in everything we make. A wonderful selection of local crafts and regional gourmet products are also available.

Open daily from 10am-4pm, with free tastings of their seasonal cheeses and yoghurt. Travel 10 minutes from Millaa Falls and 20 minutes from the Mamu Canopy Rainforest Skywalk.

Groups/Tours are by advanced booking and showcase how the products are made, the history of the farm, information on biodynamic farming and include product tastings.
