Holloways Beach

Just 10 minutes drive north of Cairns, Holloways Beach is one of the first of the city’s famous northern beaches. Its relaxed, tropical vibe makes it the perfect beach to relax with a good book and catch up on some “me” time.

The clean gentle waters of the Coral Sea are protected with stinger nets during the summer months and patrolled year-round.

For fine dining North Queensland-style, grab some local prawns and take advantage of the barbecue and picnic facilities located on the grassy esplanade.
